"In the long history of humankind (and animal kind, too) those who learned to collaborate and improvise most effectively have prevailed." - Charles Darwin

I am a graduate student at the University of New Paltz, focusing in Evolutionary Psychology and Social Psychology as they relate to mating behavior. I was both a research assistant and teaching assistant for Evolutionary psychology and Biopsychology during my undergraduate career at SUNY Plattsburgh. I also have experience working with individuals who suffer from TBI, as I interned for two semesters at The Regional TBI Center in Plattsburgh, New York. I graduated cum laude in 2013, and I am currently an active member on the Evolutionary Psychology lab at SUNY New Paltz and attended and volunteered for the NorthEastern Evolutionary Psychology Society Conference in April of 2014. I will be attending the NorthEastern Evolutionary Psychology Society Conference in Boston in April of 2015 as a presenter.
